Welcome to Noralooks. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Noralooks website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Noralooks is an online marketplace for fashion jewellery, artificial jewellery, ethnic wear, gifts, and related accessories. We connect customers with products from Noralooks and third-party sellers ("Vendors").

1. General Terms

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
• You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Accounts & Registration

When you create an account on Noralooks, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid phone number.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is inactive for an extended period.

3. Terms for Customers

As a customer purchasing on Noralooks, you agree that:

• All orders placed are subject to product availability and order acceptance by Noralooks or the Vendor.
• You will provide accurate shipping and billing information.
• You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, images, and specifications before purchasing. As our products are fashion and artificial jewellery, minor variations from images may occur.
• You will not misuse the returns, refunds, or exchange process.
• Reviews and ratings you submit must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience with the product.
• Promotional offers, discount codes, and coupons are subject to their specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
• We may cancel orders if we detect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Terms for Sellers & Vendors

If you are a registered seller or vendor on the Noralooks marketplace, the following additional terms apply:

• You must provide accurate business information including GST registration where applicable.
• Product listings must be truthful and not misleading. Descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels must be accurate.
• You are solely responsible for the quality, authenticity, and safety of products you list and sell.
• You must fulfil orders within the agreed timelines and provide valid tracking information.
• Noralooks charges a platform commission on each sale. Commission rates and payout schedules are as per your Vendor Agreement.
• You must comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, E-Commerce Rules 2020, and GST regulations.
• Noralooks reserves the right to remove listings, withhold payouts, or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
• You grant Noralooks a non-exclusive licence to use your product images, descriptions, and brand name for the purpose of displaying and promoting products on the Platform.
• You shall not sell counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or hazardous goods on the Platform.

5. Products & Pricing

• All products listed on Noralooks are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, or minor manufacturing differences inherent to fashion jewellery.
• Noralooks does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Platform are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Order confirmation is acknowledgement, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when products are dispatched.

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of ordering, or via Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.
• You are responsible for any applicable bank charges or convenience fees.
• Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Noralooks is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
• Free delivery thresholds and delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return and exchange eligibility is configured individually for each product. Not all products are eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Each product page clearly displays whether returns and/or exchanges are available, along with the applicable window (e.g., 3-day return, 5-day exchange). A value of 0 days means the product is not eligible.
• The return/exchange window begins from the date of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Personalised, custom-made, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange regardless of the displayed window.
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• If a product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately — defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis regardless of the return window.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, product images, UI design, and software, is the property of Noralooks or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Noralooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.
• For products sold by third-party Vendors, Noralooks acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for product defects, delayed shipments, or misrepresentation by Vendors.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
• Submit fake reviews, fraudulent orders, or false information.
• Impersonate another person, entity, or Noralooks representative.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Resell products purchased from Noralooks without authorisation.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
• Before filing a legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@noralooks.com.
• Consumer complaints may also be filed on the National Consumer Helpline or the E-Commerce Consumer Grievance portal as per applicable regulations.
