Payment Information
- Payment details (UPI, card, net banking) are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. Noralooks does not store your full card or bank details.

When you visit the Platform, we may automatically collect:

- Pages viewed, time spent, and browsing behaviour

3. Vendor & Seller Data
If you are a registered seller or vendor on Noralooks, we additionally collect and process:
- Business name, contact name, email, phone number, and business address
- GST number and tax-related information for invoicing and compliance
- Bank account or UPI details for payout processing
- Product catalogue data (images, descriptions, inventory, pricing)
- Sales data, order fulfilment records, and payout history
Vendor data is used to facilitate marketplace operations, calculate commissions, process payouts, generate tax documents, and ensure compliance with E-Commerce Rules 2020.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted password storage using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt)
- Secure, access-controlled servers and databases
- OTP-based verification for sensitive operations

Account Deletion
You can delete your Noralooks account at any time. When you delete your account:
- Your personal information (name, email, phone, addresses) will be removed
- Your order history will be retained in anonymized form for legal and accounting purposes
- Any active orders will still be fulfilled before account data is removed
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone
How to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your Noralooks account
- Go to your Account page
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top right of your profile
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Alternatively, you can contact our support team to request account deletion on your behalf.
