Returns & Exchange Policy

At Noralooks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Return and exchange eligibility is configured individually for each product — please check the product page before purchasing to see the applicable policy.
Easy Returns
Products with a return window greater than 0 days can be returned within that period from the date of delivery. Once the window expires, return requests cannot be accepted.
Easy Replacement
Products with an exchange window greater than 0 days can be exchanged within that period for another product of equal or greater value. Exchange eligibility and window are displayed on the product page and saved on your order.
How Return & Exchange Windows Work
Each product on Noralooks has its own return and exchange window set by the seller. These are displayed on the product page as badges (e.g., "3-Day Returns", "5-Day Exchange"). If a product shows 0 days or no badge, it is not eligible for that option.
- The return/exchange window is counted from the date of delivery.
- These windows are also saved on your order — you can view the applicable return and exchange days for each item in your order details page.
- "Request Return" or "Request Exchange" buttons will only appear on eligible items within the valid window.
Return Conditions
Item must be unused and in the same condition received
Original packaging with all tags attached
Any accessories, free gifts, or bundled items must be included
Certificate of authenticity included (if provided)
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Go to your order details page and click "Request Return" or "Request Exchange" on the eligible item.
Alternatively, contact our support team through the Help Center or email us at support@noralooks.com.
Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products where the return and exchange window is set to 0 days (displayed on the product page)
Personalised or custom-made jewellery
Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (if marked as non-returnable)
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Products returned after the specified return/exchange window has expired
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund regardless of the product's return window setting. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when filing your complaint.
